Training & Development

Our employees receive full financial and training support to obtain their professional qualifications. This includes day release to attend courses and examinations and funding for all associated costs.

We are proud to have been awarded approved employer status with both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (Platinum Level). This status is awarded when employers can demonstrate active support of continuing professional development (CPD) for team members, both pre and post qualified.

Rewards & Benefits

We continuously review our remuneration package for trainees. You will initially commence employment on a competitive salary, with future increases commensurate to your exam success, personal performance, and that of the firm itself.

Academic Requirements

Below you will find our minimum academic requirements for all applicants. For A-level candidates you should consider the GCSE and A-Level sections only.

All applicants must have been awarded a grade B or above in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and a grade A to C in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language gained from your first sitting of each subject.

Our UCAS point requirement varies, however, we would expect a minimum of 240 points. This is based on your top three grades sat in the same year and in the first sitting, excluding General Studies. In relation to qualifications achieved in Scotland, we only consider 5th year Scottish Higher results.

We require a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree in most cases.
