Accounts Assistant Trainee
This role involves assisting the accounts team in a variety of tasks, including the preparation of financial statements, completing bookkeeping, accounts preparation and delivery of client records. You will also assist the preparation of clients ITIS, Social Security and GST returns, review & report on issues as appropriate, liaise with shareholders, directors and other external parties as required.
With a diverse client base you will undertake assignments across a multitude of predominantly locally based businesses, to include: legal and professional, construction, retail, property holding, investment, tourism and farming.
The right candidate will be working towards or willing to undertake studies towards a relevant professional qualification. Good communication skills and a good working knowledge of IT platforms and applications are also crucial to the role.Apply Now
