It is on this basis that we have devised our selection process to ensure that you are right for us; and that we are right for you. This process allows for you to express your strengths and goals.
The first step is to submit your CV to us. We will review it, and if your skills match our needs, then you will be invited to sit our online psychometric tests.
Psychometric test
Our online psychometric tests are designed to assess your numerical and verbal reasoning. If you are successful in these tests then you will be invited to our first interview stage.
You may be asked to resit the tests when attending your first interview with us in our offices.
Interviews
The first interview will take place at our offices where you will be interviewed initially by our Human Resources manager. You will be asked to think of examples from your personal history that demonstrate the required competencies that we are seeking. If you are successful at this stage then you will be invited back to attend a second interview.
The second interview will be conducted by at least one of the Company's Directors, and possibly a Human Resources representative. This interview will go into more detail in respect of your own background and give you the opportunity to meet some of the Directors and other team members.
Should you be successful at second interview then you will proceed to the offer stage whereby the precise details of your commencing rewards and remuneration package will be provided.
