GST Penalties Guidance

GST Late Submission and Penalty Guidance Notes: Income Tax have advised that the “lighter touch” approach initially adopted whilst GST was bedding down has now come to an end. In accordance with the attached guidance notes the levying of penalties will commence from July 2009.
